Is Chiz still cheesy?

I am one to admit that Chiz Escudero has the "X-Factor" to lure women. His great looks was probably one of his passes to get the senatorial seat last election. His private life was not that exposed then and many , especially women and gay, were wondering if he was available. Now , it is a different story. His private lovelife with actress Heart Evangelista is a hot issue. Despite those issues against him, I still believe Chiz is still cheesy. How about you, what do you think?

Sorry, but on the contrary I find nothing really cheesy about Chiz. Even long before he was involved with heart, this senator does not appeal to me. I find nothing really great about his looks. Just an ordinary look, not bad and not that much good either.
About his performance in the Senate, I found nothing really spectacular either. I don't think he is a performer.
Besides, I hate the way he talks whenever he is being interviewed. He was not like that before. But now he is overacting. Is he reciting a poem or what? What is he up to? Trying to impress? Well not at all impressive.
And the fact that he was unable to sustain his first marriage is a big, big blow on his credibility.
So again, as before, I am not voting for him.

I think he's just too full of himself. He needs to be like that in order to market himself but I don't think he's someone I'd vote for though, he may have the "X-factor" for gullible women, but his style don't fool me. Underneath the surface is a rotten person.

He is always cheesy and still a heart-throb, the issues doesn't affect his personality and his career, he is a intelligent man and possess a very strong PR not only to the women but also men, he has dignity. As a matter of fact i will vote for him in this coming election.

Well the survey says that her ranking from top 1-2 has gone down already. I guess that is understandable with the situation he is in right now. After that encounter with the Evangelista parents exposing some secrets about his private life I guess his cheesiness has gone lower. Despite his decision to not bring his private life to the public the controversy has definitely affected his prestige which has been untainted before. I do not know if he can really stop this and continue fighting for their love at the expense of his political career.

Cheesy or not cheesy, for me he was a good senator, but then I try to think if I will vote for him this coming election, I guess I was just tired and I wanted to try out those incoming senators that are fresh, but the background and ability is just the same as what Escudero could do, sorry guys, just my own opinion. I will really vote and give chance to new bets.

I don't know about the X-factor thing but I like the way he delivers a speech or talks about something without pausing or continuously as if he have practiced what he had to say. His clean looks is an asset, but I think it's his works and achievements paved the way to gain him a senate seat.
I don't know, to think that he became more of a celebrity this days because of his involvement to Heart. Also the disturbing news item that Heart's parents have said about him, I'm still not decided if I will vote for him.

Hi,
I don't really know the guy aside from his political career (which is quite outstanding by any standard), maybe a bit more research into his private life may reveal if he is still one or not. I understand the fiasco with his relationship with Heart is caused by her parents being against the man, what they saw in him I don't really know. Maybe they see something in him not quite to their image of an ideal man for their beloved daughter, money is definitely not an issue but it could be bigger than that. What it is, I really don't have any idea.
