How should I learn English and improve oral English?

There are many methods you can use to improve your English and speak better. The more simple steps are by participating in English teaching websites like www.learnenglish.de. But I recommend you listen to podcast lessons from english101.com but after 7 days, you cannot access the other lessons unless you pay so I recommend you register to that website and after you get your 7-day free trial, download as many lessons as you can to your computer. They are really good in teaching languages. Other methods are reading more English books or magazines, listen to English-speaking people talk and watch English/ American movies and try to understand what the characters are saying and learn to speak like them too. :) For more advanced ways of learning, you can always take up an English class at your area or sign up for an English course. And if you have friends who speak English well, why not ask them to speak with you in English too and teach you when you make mistakes? It's a fast way to learn, too. Hope that helps! :) Good luck!

Based on my experience, watching english movies and reading english books will help you to improve and develop oral english. If there are words that are uneasy to understand, you may look their meaning using dictionary. Also, knowing it's correct pronunciation, you may listen for it online. there alot of links that you can use. Like the merriam websters website. Goodluck on your learning! :D

I believe that the best way in order to learn english properly and easily is to try to communicate with english-educated people.You would find this embarrassing at the beginning but then you'll be used to it.From my experience,i kept on watching movies and series that speak english which made it much easier for me to improve my english language.Moreover,reading stories helps much.And never forget using simple dictionaries.

I have known a lot of spanish speaking people who have tried to learn English and it helps to have a bit of a combination with learning through written English, but to really get the best grasp you have to speak it. And at a certain point, you need to find someone to have an oral conversation that is only in English, no exceptions, if you use any of your native language, they should just pretend that they cannot understand you. I know that exercise can be very frustrating for people but it really works.

This may sound odd but a really good way to learn English is to watch Amercian movies. They are very easy to obtain, you can get closed-captioning that, on most newer televisions, can work in your native language, and you get the benefit of learning the tones and context of how the words are said.
