How to bring the selection back up again? HELP!?

I think I accidentally pushed remember this selection when choosing whether or not I want to put my phone into mass storage or leave it charging ... Im not sure if I did or not because the selection pops up sometimes when I plug it into other computers. I don't have the SD holder for my card so I can't do it that way either ... Please tell me how to bring the selection back.
