I wonder if there is a relationship at all. Lucid dreaming, the best type of dream, involves waking up inside a dream...so is there any need for sleep in the first place? At least in relation to dreaming?

Hello xiaolucy! I am glad to response your discussion. Well, i don't know the answer, but there is a sentence that spread in my country, Indonesia, "dream is just a flower for sleep". I don't know the reason of that sentence, but i think because what is your dream often can't be real
