Hello friends ! Did you experience with online shopping site homeshop 18 ? The site have good number of customer in india and i don't know how they able to attract the customer,only advertisment helps it to get this popularity among its customer bcoz some days ago i was watching tv and i found their advertisement where they were offering 3 jeans pant of Denims(Rusty jones) at Rs 2199.On that i odered the jeans pant and also received the goods by courier but after receiving i found the jeans pant were not in the good condition,the holes for the bottom were not sitches properly and also one of the jeans pant unlike other two.Immediately i called to the customer service of homeshop18 and registered a complaint,at begining they refused to refund only they could do is exchange of jeans pant but already i have been cheated by them so how can i believe them again.After my several request and threatening they agreed to refund but the procedure they told me is too harrasment giving task to a customer.
