He get a baranggay clearance using other name.since getting it doesn't require id. and this is what he need to get a police clearance using different name. and I was surprised he did without detecting his record. He said he wanted a new life. let' us give him a chance, He wasn't able to use his SSS for benefits for his real name is already enrolled there. and he also cannot provide birth certificate for it is the original name that he have so he is planning to make a late registration and changes his birth certificate using the new name or alias he made for his self. He was free by prison by changing his name there inside so his case was been abolished for he said his real name is Diesel and not Jocel although he still use the same surename and all the info there, according to his story. He had many case under His real name .. so he need to change it he killed many people before.and other's have been paid and he got jailed before that in province, but dismissed. He cannot uses his real name for he will be back in the jail by falsification documents. and of course everyone is fear of him. and just as he said give him a second chance for he have 2 kids who will study and no one will support their education except him. Can we call this white lies.It will bring big trouble once it will be reported and his little daughters may not be able to go to school. and ruin his life.

A mistake can never be corrected by another mistake. I do understand his desire to have a new life, start with a clean slate. And most likely, a lot of people are not willing to give him a break given his not so impressive background. But it would be dangerous for him to do this without any legal support. There are some instances wherein the court allows someone to change his/her name , like for protection. But without any legal basis, what he's doing is illegal which is so ironic if what he aims to do is to start a new.

YES that is true. that is why I am thinking what to do.IF I will keep him doing that since He doesn't harm anyone and only intention is for his family.Or should I make a legal action?jobs here needed requirements before they hired as a government .requires.

This is what we call "living a lie". he may have good intentions for changing his name. But I think he needs to pay the price for all the bad things he has done. I am not sure how he would take away from his mind about his past.

This is not a good example he could give to his little children, that they will also copy what he have done with his life. Why not let the real outcome be given the chance so that he could be given the exact punishments of committing the cases of murder to so many people. Now he was already making another fault in the eyes of the law,so stop all these bad doings and let the law this fugitive. To make another mistake which was done for the good of his children,is not a good option, even if he was determined to do good this time. How about the justice for those people he have killed? He should be arrested for doing a false document just to elude the law.

sad story I should say. Sometimes people who have criminal background and had history of going to jail seems find it difficult to start their lives all over again. We just cannot judge them for doing things that they are not supposed to do no matter how clear their intentions are. Everybody deserves a second chance. But I am not saying that what he did was all correct...I just cannot put myself in place of condemning the person since I do not know him personally know understand well his life's journey.
