My dream house

I only want a small but extra ordinary house.I want a solar house as an alternative to electricity,because electricity bill here in manila is very high(THAT IS the reason why many uses jumper for they can't afford). and then garden beside my house but not just plants but just fruits and vegetables which I can harvest later and will benefit us more. I will also plant a small tree or Malunggay tree which is very beneficial and one of miracle plants.Also I will plant outside my windows plant that makes the mosquito away.
I only need to rooms with cr and bathroom.Then in dining also where there is separated toilet for men and woman .floors must be made of wood so it will be safe to walk and also to prevent arthritis that trigger when we step our feet to cold tiles. I also wanted to paint it with 'Fire proof'.
My window must also be tinted coz I wouldn't put curtain to it so inside will be bright.but it is a sliding one. I will just put a screen.I also need bright color .so 2 rooms One dining room one living room and terrace.

This does sound like a dream house that I would like. I do like the way you are thinking of ways to save and add attraction to your home. The garden and trees would be such a benefit also. I don't want anything big either. Just room to live comfortably and that doesn't take much for me. I sure hope you can have your dream home.

I think you are looking at things the right way. Every expense you can cit is a blessing. Plus you would be living in a home that you will enjoy. The pets add to everything. You will have your dream home. I feel you are a motivated person and will go for it.

THANK u for that.I really need a combination of old and new style of house.buT i wanted it small. as we are only small family.I forgot to include a dog and a cat there. I will surely have that in my house.Not only electricity saving but food saving too for I will harvest our own fruits and vegetables so I am sure also that there is chemicals uses there.

Hi,
I like the vegetable garden and orchard part in your dream house. It happen to be my dream house too, surrounded by fruits and vegetables so I don't have to go the market to buy my food. Talk about being self sufficient, solar power and all, it is a rare commodity nowadays, may it become a reality and not only a dream. It could fetch a hefty initial cost to establish, wide lot area and green technology, but it could pay itself overtime.

GOOD To know that we have the similar type of dream house. Solar panel here is not expensive nor cheap but I am willing to invest to provide this so we will never experienced brownout and will no longer get disconnection when we don't pay on time.

Wow interesting kind of dreamhouse you got there but for sure it will not happen if you wanted it inside the metro but if you put it in the province im sure it will come true someday.i can help you in providing alternative electricity because it is one oe my passion to free everyone from the bondage of high electricity bill....

Nothing is possible without first dreaming about it. I dreamed too and years later 'Solitaire", my dream house became a reality. It took me years to plan it and I simply loved that phase of planning. Everything there is exactly the way I had planned.
You should 'live' in your dream house and then you will get to know its faults. You can invite imaginery guests too and see how comfortable they will be and children too!

I like the sound of your dream house. Using solar power would be a very good idea. In Australia there is plenty of room so it is common to buy a peace of land and build a house. I believe that where I live now is my final home in my life. It is a bungalow so it will be perfect for my retirement years. I bought this 3 bedroom semi detached bungalow in 2010 to suit my disabled son. He needed a downstairs bedroom and shower room. Now we have that and an access ramp. It needs more work done to it. It is the best home I have ever had. Good luck.

Your dream house is simple the best 
I have also my dream house I want to live near in Tagaytay because I love the weather there and I want the view near the Taal view deck because I want to see it everyday. A simple house is enough for me and my family, bungalow with three bed rooms and a terrace It is really nice to dream, I hope I can acheive my dream house also with you
