Additional Income from Preparing Forms for Some Officemates

As an employee, we are being required to submit a personal evaluation every semester. This is a ready-made form which we will only have to fill up and submit along with the work program for the next semester.
As I mentioned before, I came from a training so I was not able to report to my present station for almost 6 months. Earlier this year, we were required to submit the evaluation so I decided to prepare mine and that of my boss. Well, I do not know that other office mates were not able to submit until the deadline.
As a result, I got a lot of requests to prepare an evaluation form for them. At first, I really don’t want to do it because I also have my online job which I need to attend to aside from my day job. But they keep on calling me and if I won’t pick up the phone, they will call my boss (immediate supervisor). So I can’t do anything but to accept the work.
It’s okay though, because I got additional income. I never demand for a payment but since they thought that I helped them, they gave me some amount which I do not refuse because I also use my personal things (laptop and printer) in doing such.
Being knowledgeable in computer really pays most of the time.

Hi Aries1973, you are blessed to have the ability to do those things and able to augment your fixed salaries. Just keep yourself healthy and happy so at least, to make more in the future. Me, I have been trying to search for extra resource online..

Thanks for sharing some information that will help me get an income online. I am a mother at home who has been trying to really take care of my kid, spouse and household chore and deep within me, I am in need of something I used to do..working with pay on a day to day job basis...Thanks again.

This are simple forms using excel formats. It so happened that most of my office mates are not knowledgeable in computer so it was a hard thing for them. I am not doing this on a permanent basis. It just happened that they cannot do it on their own and they cannot find anybody to do it for them.
You said you are looking for sites where you can work online. You may try transcribing at transcribeme. Just go directly to the site and take the examination. It is a simple transcribing work. Or you can try humanatic, a site which pays to review calls. You can also go directly a their site and submit application. You have to wait for the email from the company.

Sometimes, I thought that way also. But I just want to finish everything so that I can go back to my normal schedule. I am happy its all over now. Need to wait for another semester again.

You can always try until you pass the examination. Listen carefully and type on the space provided what is being said by the announcer.
Well anyway if you find it hard, you can try humanatic.

Just this time that I knew that they were not able to submit both forms for the 1st and 2nd semester respectively. Plus the work program for the first semester of the present year. Well, I am not refusing the work, it was just the idea that this was supposed to be done personally. Everything was done and so far, there are no problems. Just glad that everything is over for now.

I think it is a good idea to make extra money among your activities, I think you are a great woman, you can do other activity beside your job in your office. I think it is a good chance for you. Have a nice day.

There are times that we really need to do other things in order to earn aside from the regular income. But when it comes to things like this, I am not very comfortable doing the same because we are supposed to prepare it personally. But since they are begging, I can't do anything but to follow.

We have the job evaluation process to be completed 3 times in an year. Quarterly, Halfyarly and Year end process. Now this is the half yearly time to process. We have to furnish the details like goal setting for short term period and annual plans too. Goal settings need to be briefed up and at final stage there will be discussions with the evaluator and finally will be pushed into the system after signing up by evaluator and evaluatee.
Then there will be ratings. Being 5 as the highest, 1 or 2 won't get any increment or bonus. I got 4 rating in the last year eligible for 17% increment and a nice bonus too. But there are people who get the ratings 2 and won't get a satisfactory opinion on them. But it is just 1-2% and very rare in nature.
I think you can get a nice income by helping them by doing so.

Yes, ours is very similar to that. Those who got a rating of outstanding will be forwarded to higher level to be included in another level of awarding process. Those who get very satisfactory rating will be Eligible to receive additional incentive. Of course since we are the one evaluating ourselves, then we won't allow to rate ourselves poorly, he he.
This is another reason why I was forced to accept this additional work. If not all of us cannot submit, all of us will not receive the additional incentive. I helped six office mates to prepare the forms.
Well, yes at least the additional income could help.
