Trainer's Training

I have been sent to Cebu and Davao and abroad for leadership training seminars. That was back when I was still working in the Philippines. I don't know now if that will be the same in my current work, but I am hoping haha!

Good for you because you are given the opportunity for your professional growth. Wow that is great! When I was still with the government years ago,I was not given the same privilege. We only had our seminars and seminars within the school

Not yet, because I never tried to work. But in the future I will work for my family and I can experience what you are experiencing now I think training is fun aside from going to other places you can also learn more about your training. Have fun

no i have never been a part of that kind of training,but i personally think every company should send it's trainers for training to update their knowledge,because if a trainer is not properly qualified in his field or his knowledge is not upto date,he cant satisfy his trainees..and also this training is very important because we learn how to teach,if a person is well qualified in his field but dont know how to teach,he is failed he never be a good instructor or trainer.
