Renting or Buying?

It's better to rent. it is really a lot of money to buy a hourse. You can rent it and use your money on another subjects. Such as doing some great investments, you will use your money to make more money. You will feel as comfortable as buying the house if you rent for a long time. So why buy ?

It is always better to buy, if you can.
1) The mortgage payments are generally cheaper than rental
2) You are accumulating capital and, because property nearly always increases in price, especially in the long term, much faster than any normal savings can accumulate interest, you will nearly always come out much better off if you sell the house after 5 or 10 years or longer.
