Salad

After watching Iron Man 3, we went shopping. Then we chanced a salad bar in the mall and decided to eat salad for dinner. It's my first time to eat salad. Unfortunately, just right now, my stomach went bad. Do you think it's the salad? We didn't ate it right away, we have to went home first and ate it an hour later.

well a lot of it will have to do with the type of dressing that you had put on top of it if the dressing had a base of dairy then it could be that but in some cases if you have never had it before it could be upsetting you and rare but yes it would be something bad in the salad it self but not as likely hope you feel better soon

I topped it with mustard and caesar dressing. hopefully I can sleep this off/

actually when i was in turkey,i have never been in a salad bar.
then in japan i went to the salad bar and i also have worked there for a week.
it was so interesting and fun.
the most important thing is fresh vegetables.
i mean if the vegetables are getting bad you cant use it for customer.
so if you cant sell soon it will be on minus side of your income.
its so bad.
i think if the salad is not so good,and not healthy it can give you headache or stomachache.its little bit dangerous.
you should eat salad in a place where you can totally trust.

I guess you're right. It seems the vegetables were fresh and good. Maybe its the dressing that hit me.
