Recently I've noticed that my C partition it's getting full, without installing anything big. I've began to lean the partition manually, then with C Cleaner, then I saw that my partition it's still full, and I downloaded TreeSize program which told me that my Temp file it's occupying the most/bigger space in my partition. I began to delete the tmp files from it, but still nothing has changed, until I saw a txt file named toolbar_log which was very big. I deleted it and I saw hat my partition got a half free space in my partition[my total capacity it's 11.7 GB].
But..the problem is that after i deleted the file, it appeared a new one which it's making it self bigger second by second. I deleted the file again, but it appears again making itself bigger... What can I do? What's this toolbar_log file and why it's ''eating'' my space :(?
Thanks in advance!

Try restarting your pc then delete the file. See if it still grows back.

I also found this file to be very large, and I searched and found that it is linked to AVG.If you try to delete it,it will reappear, and grow larger each time you use your computer.I read of a solution on an AVG Forum that suggests if you go into the Properties of the file and change it's attributes to 'read only',then that will stop it from logging and growing larger.I have just done this, and am monitoring it.As of two hours ago,it has not grown larger.

A solution which will stop it from creating a file of any size at all would be to create a blank text file (in Notepad, for example), name it as toolbar_log.txt, save it in place of the automatically created one and change the attribute to "Read Only".
Alternatively, if the file is created by AVG, as it seems to be, there ought to be a setting in AVG to turn it off or to limit its size. I no longer run AVG, so I have no way of checking whether this is possible.
