you should direct urself in your mind and think about it. Think about yourslef as a non-smoker. Also avoid smokers. drinking can also cause smoking. I once stopped smoking for 4 weeks then, then I started one each evening. And now im used to it again. Its hard.

There is an all natural pill that I took called "Smoking Withdrawal Relief" by Natra-Bio. I got mine at Nutrition Depot (many health food stores have it) for about $6 for a bottle of 90. You chew 3 pills a day and your system gets cleansed of nicotine naturally and you don't crave the nicotine. Be sure to take it for the first 30 days and longer if needed.

Till now i never think to stop smoke. So no comments on this. I want to ask you one question why we want to stop smoke. If we stop also indirectly we smoke from polution. And also no guarantee for life. If we stop smoke and there is no polution will people live for life long?? right....!!!!

its very diffecult.. but if u want to do, dont stop at once, instead you reduce daily by one/two cige.... when it comes down to two per day.. you stop it. Also make sure that you never buy more than one cigerrate when you are in a process of quiting... whenever u need a cig, walk down (however far it is) to shop

Well I was a very heavy smoker. Nearly 80 sticks a day!
When I made up my mind to stop smoking, I stayed home for 4 days with my children & wife who helped me in my resolve to quit smoking. I avoided for some time, going to the usual places where I normally light up!It was only with resolve & stubbornness I cld quit my smoking habit. I just cld'nt have done it by reducing the number of sticks day by day.

stop hanging out with ur frnds who smoke... make a headstrong determination tht ull stop smoking... try and chew the gum whole day, i hv heard it helps, no personal experience so not sure how much... it will take time for deaddiction... ull find constant urges to go and hv one puff but restrain frm it... once quitted never evn think of touching it...
if nothing helps u thn thr are nicotine patches available which can help u in cutting down slowly... also medication named buspirone is available for smoking cessation...
