How to get some attention in a chatroom?

Well, I can say that till now I haven't found any chat room which is reliable. I have felt that most of the chatrooms are using bots. I am saying this because even I also didn't get any to chat as you said. Anyway it would be helpful for me if you mention some good chatrooms where I can give a try.

i know what you mean. the only thing is maybe say something humorous or compiment someone. i have the same problem. but there are times i dont really want to talk also, so i just read and draw conclusions on people

I think if you came regularly in the chat room most probably you will get some good friends from chat rooms. Try Facebook and you can get all your old friends back from the Facebook.

The only social site where I am is mylot and I don`t have that problem. At FB for instance I only interact with my closest fiends and family so it is something else too. What kind of chatrooms are you talking about?

I think that you should use a good username or nickname to get other chatters attention. You may also want to try to be the one to start the conversation as there are many people in the chat room and it is impossible that you can give attention to all of them.

Well to be honest,i only get in some chatrooms that i know those person,otherwise i feel hard to get to know them and cut in.So it's good to choose time and places.lol,anyway,i don't use much catch phrases and maybe i'm not that socialable.

Our family is known by Marksville so I guess that would be our catch phrase.
