A Cup of Green Tea Everyday

Hey there myLotters!
I am in the process of losing weight. I had read so many articles about losing weight, but I haven't even lose any weight. I'd like to share with you what I had read somewhere. It was stated that drinking a cup of green tea helps us lose weight. I can attest to that, last night I drank 2 cups of green tea, I was able to poop within 2 hours. and today, I was able to poop. I really like. I want my metabolism back!

i read a widely circulated post on FB about water therapy. i tried it and i thought i've lost a few pounds because of this. i've been at it for the last two months, i stopped four days ago when my allergies worsened and i noticed i had swollen feet. i knew green tea is an antioxidant. i also drink a cup during the evenings after dinner so maybe it's because of this that i lost a few pounds, not on the water therapy.

Water Therapy is so beneficial, but sometimes it is not the case. Water Therapy is not good for people who do have a Kidney Failure Disorder. Based on what I read, that it is not advisable to drink a cup of tea after a meal, It increases the level of acidity in your stomach.

I read it on Facebook, I'm not quite sure if it is true but anyway it is much better to drink a green tea before bedtime.

I heard about that, even not a green tea, if you drink tea before and after eating the result is fast to lose weight.Because of active metabolism. I want to start drinking tea particularly the green tea and I want to see the result. I will announce it if it is really effective to me after a week. Good luck to me.

Yes any tea will do but Green Tea is the most popular one. It is rich in anti-oxidant. Good luck in your weight loss journey!

I am not sure of the weight-loss benefits of green tea, but I do believe that it helps us detoxify our body, most specially our digestive track to rid of free radicals. With the flushing out of this "excesses", I guess that's how some people starts to lose the weight that they don't really need.

Oh yes! That's the reason why green tea hep us in losing weight. It detoxifies our body and it cleanses our digestive tract. It promotes good digestion.

Hello craziestqueenever! I'm also on the process of losing weight. Aside from the green tea, reducing the intake of calories can help too. As of now, I have lost 5 kilos. I'm also drinking green tea and avoided sweets and chips. I used to eat junk foods almost every day and upon replacing it with fruit, I was able to lose some pounds. I hope you'll get the desired weight that you want.

Wow! That's great that you lose 5 kilos! How I wish I will be able to reach my goal. I had also minimized eating chips. I hope I can do it!
