What would be your reaction if somebody so close to you tells you, "you cannot come where i am going!"
that somebody is your leader, and suddenly, he has to leave!
'will it make you shed tears if he will tell you, you cannot come with him?
such kind of leader who does not demand loyalty ... would you be proud of him, or would ever want to be like him?
well, a good leader for me does not really demand loyalty. instead, an ideal leader at that, is one who first offers loyalty foremost.
it's sunday once more. if we will read and reflect on God's words in John 13:31-33, we would realize that leadership should be founded on love. it will never be hard to lead and obey if there is that love to share. ...what do you think?

Some leaders understands that the life of his/her subordinate is not own by him/her, we have our own life and path to take and so is your leader. I've been to such kind of situation that i'm close to my boss her rank is next to the Director of the agency, when she leaves and look for another job we want to go with her. And she just said that we have different life to take on, just remember all the things that i though you because it will help you achieve your goals.
It is very difficult for us because we are used that she is always around defending us. And she works in other country. It is very hard to adjust since we treated her as our mother, but this coming first week of May she coming home to Philippines, and she is planning a beach party, she want to meet us. We know that she miss us because she always leave a message on our facebook saying "i miss you guys" i know its hard for her to, but this is life. She don't want us to depend on her all of the time. Now i'm excited to see her again because i know she has a lot of stories to tell and advice.

yes u are absolutely right, anyone would be disappointed if such a statement is said to him or her. in fact loyalty can never be demanded in fact it is given from the heart. We should have faith on our team mates if we are a leader so that they can feel comfortable in our company and would get inspired to give more efforts to the team.
