help with back pain?

There are different causes for backpain and so there are different ways to treat them as well. Mostly stretching is already very good. When I was young I had such bad pains I couldn't even walk.Finally the orthopaedist found out that my right leg was between 1 and 2 cm's shorter than my left leg. That's one reason. A friend of mine complined about back pain and I told him "No wonder!You SIT on it!!" He ever sat proper in a chair: always 'hnging' there. So......before we can tell you what to do, better first give some more detail please.

I am also having a very bad back pain. I just want to get rid from it. Because of that I am not able to play and cannot sleep peacefully. It's very irritating and painful.
