directors cut VS regular?

i personally like the directors cut better but some people say it gives away too much of the plot. although i believe the version presented in the directors cut provides only enough information to make it make sense... like, some people seem to prefer the original cut just because it's more confusing or something, lol. anyway. thoughts?

Yeah there r both pros n cons if a director's cut is presented. The pros that the originality of a plot can be seen and it will make the movie viewing even more gripping but then there might be some flaws that might not fit into the billing of that movie that needs to be edited due to which it is not placed in the movie.
