i attached a picture of leaves of a horse radish and papaya. these two leaves are good for the skin if you want to diminish dark spots in your body and also it could be applied on your face. what you are going to do is when you have your wash-up/shower/bath, crumple these leaves using your hands with very little amount of water as you rub a bath soap with it if you do not have a liquid soap. squeeze, until you can see a green liquid from it. those green substance is the liquid you need to rub in your body along with the leaves. and if you think you are satisfied with what you are doing, leave it on skin for fifteen minutes. same of the face as well. it will make your skin be fairer, too; as the result of applying it consistently. but i guess, there are sensitive skin. have some tryouts first before using it thoroughly. if you feel itchiness because of the papaya leaves enzyme content, immediately wash your face or body with water. but believe me, this is subtly working for me. if you do not have type of plants in your surrounding, that would be your bigger problem. but if it is present within your reach, harness it then to make yourself beautiful. what are your any beauty tips? would it be too much when you share it here? we will be pleased to hear it from you, so i am encouraging you all to share your stories :) thanks
