Free Advertising offer on Playstreem website

Recently I saw a website named Playstreem, which has offered free advertising offer for their visiters from all over the world. I also submit a form to advertise my referral link. I was informed to wait some days to show my referral link as a banner on their site. I have joined as a permanent advertiser there. Is there any one who has already joined that offer, please inform me how much time it take to show someone's ad on their site, also which offer should I have to join.
