The many the merrier

I'm kind of in the middle. I don't like small families with one child for myself but I don't like huge families with 6 more kids. I have two kids and I want 2 more kids. I don't like living with in laws so we live in our own places and I also don't like living with my parents either so we live in our own places.

Well, you will only admire numbers if your children are still small, but by the time that you will be sending them to school, you will already be thinking about it. Because you will already look for enough money in order to send them to school, feed them and to dress them.

I agree with you. That is why when my sister and brother with their families would come, we have a great time together. The children have a lot of things to share. But during ordinary days, our house is very silent because we are also four inside the house and no small children anymore. My two children are already teenagers. Well, I miss the time that we can be together and it happens very seldom because of our busy schedules. Have a great day!

We used to be a small family, but now, the family has grown to a number of 7 and we're all under one roof. It is okay and we're happy having kids running around the house but sometimes when the noise tends to exceed 60dB, we get irritated and you sometimes wish that they's give you peace even for just a minute.

I prefer a big family, but we must be situated in a bigger house. Because I am sure that there will be days that we would be needing our own quiet time and if we only have limited space to go about, then it would be impossible.

either way works whether the family is small or big. Being with family is actually the main fun and it doesnt matter if the family is big or small. So have fun with your family members.

It does seem enjoyable having lots of people in your house especially if there are other kids that your children could play with. Although I love having lots of my relatives coming over, I'm not that ecstatic about them living for an extended period of time, or for that matter, permanently, with us. I mean, lots of people means lesser privacy.
