From planet Earth To Mars

i heard a news that on 2020-2023 4 Human sent to Planet Mars and if it is true They are the first man That step on the planet mars but only problem is they can never get back into planet earth.. if you are in that situation would you like to go into mars but you can never get back into our Planet earth??

I never heard that. Which country/organization is doing this ?
I know about NASA will send around 2030, 4-6 people who will return after around 30 months.
I would never go,but due to some reason if I will, than i will figure out a way to return and I am sure I can return earth easily with all the crews.
