Benefits of tea

Anyone know some benefits of tea? I have been drinking alot of english breakfast tea lately.

tea is a harmless and most cheerfull drinks...i'm from tea capital of the world...guwahati,assam.Do u heard of assam tea?

I don't know of the benefits, but I'm obsessed with English Breakfast Tea. Its awesome. I drink 3 extra larges almost every day at work.
