Last Saturday April 27, 2013 we're on our way to attend our weekly convention. The bus air conditioning unit is not enough to cool down the weather and I am sweating off but cannot complain (it's summer) Minutes later I feel uncomfortable and I asked if anyone can give me a candy. My colleagues started to kid on me... I try to interact, I tried to relax, trying to control the uneasiness. 30 minutes I can feel the sweat falling down on my checks, on my back and on my thighs like running water from the tap. I grab my seat mate's hand and said... I cannot breathe! [EM] sad [/EM] They stopped the bus and gave me First Aid. Take care of yourself dear mylotters. Have a great week everyone jaiho® forever (^_^) 4-29-2013 3:15pm Monday PT

Jane beti I am sure you are ok now, it happens with me too because i am accustomed to air-conditioner , more so during summer. Guess you had a heat stroke too. Always carry white onions so that they touch your skin. Blessings from Papa

hello dada, Yes, it's kind of heat stroke. I have low tolerance with summer heat and that is one reason why I always take a vacation back to my hometown every summer (the weather there is much colder) I am fine now and take care of your health too- hugs to maa

hello thanks, My BP is fine, I am not having any problem with my BP. It's the lack of oxygen, that caused me to collapse. I saw my hands turns blue and that is enough for me to signal my seat mate that I badly needed a help. Thanks... the moment they took me out of the bus, slowly I regained consciousness. I am fine now my dear

Hi, Yes, this is one of the problme with the A/c buses. Even we had a an off-site program for 3 days and had to travel on A/c bus for about 5-6 hrs. While going, it was really fun and enjoyed. But when come back, I felt uncomfortable and was totall down with head-ache and stomach upset. The A/c was fine and good, but I think in the previous night, we slept late and the sleeplessness made me problem. Also, we had internal games and fun and laughed a lot. May be becuase of that, I felt bad on health and immediately after get out of the bus, I got vomited and then I become alright. Feel good that you are keeping fine and well now. Regards

I never had any trouble travelling as long as I am comfortable especially with the air conditioning unit or better to open the window for fresh air (during night travel) So you also experience uneasiness while on travel- I seldom know men who experience an ill feeling while on travel. Thanks again, I am feeling better now :)

The atmosphere has caused you to have the fainting sensation. And I believe you are also lacking in oxygen. Fortunately, the bus stopped and gave you the First Aid. It is good that you are safe and well now . Do take good care !

I'm glad it wasn't the last. Since this summer is hotter than the past summers, wear cool clothes, always hydrate, eat fruits that has lots of water, keep away from hot places. Thank God you are still here with us.

hello leateagee, Thanks GOD, HE never miss a minute (I am still here) I have this low tolerance with hot weather- but last Saturday was another experience for me. Though I know how to handle myself in times like that- but during that time it was really different. I saw my palm turning blue and I know I need some fresh air/oxygen - I am choking by that time. That was scary. Thanks and take care too
