I don't think it was flirting. because if it was, then you should have got his name and his mobile number right? but you didn't, so you still are on the conservative side? Lol... Filipinos are known to be conservative because of the culture that our parents inculcated on us. It's okay if you were not able to get his name and mobile number, you are still in the Philippines so you still have a chance to meet him some other time. if he's really meant for you,time will be on your side and sooner or later you'll meet him again and when that time comes you'll get not only his name and mobile number but his friendship as well.
