Change Of Motive For Joining My Lot

That is also my reasons to be here ! I would be very hypocrite if i will say that i am in Mylot for purpose of reaching other people . Time is hard , i need to earn a little also , need to augment income . With hard life i guess we all need to be resourceful . Let us make used of our talents and other gifts whom God have given.

Honestyly what brought me here was the money. Alot of the people that I associate with are also over on other writing sites that pay as well and I doubt I will come to MyLot if they are not paying. It was great while it lasted though!

To "mythociate": first of all, thank you for responding. Yes I agree that the two goals go hand in hand but my main goal has shifted from money being the number one goal to helping my new found friends to helping as number one and money as number two goal. To "Angelpink" I thank you for your your comments, yes, the same reason that brought all of us to MyLot was to earn some money and still is but we also enjoy the interaction with our fellow MyLotters and trying to help them in anyway that we can. When I joined I was not thinking of helping others (and I don't think that any of us did) until I began to read the questions and saw the need for helping more important than making a few dollars, and I agree that times are hard especially when there are bills to be paid and some added cash to help cover some of those bills still exist, but the focus has shifted. To "Shellyann36" - Your comments are appreciated. I've also done the writing and am still writing articles that I post on the internet in addition to joining MyLot. We are all looking for ways to make some money and when I found MyLot is was a place to get some cash to pay some bills.

Hi don't worry so much for that reputation , you are a newbie here and yet your doing great , having that blue start already. Me , i am almost 11 months here but loof i am still in red star but that is okay , still i am earning , learning and enjoying a lot ! Don't be sad , it will rise next days ..

Hi Profmuhammadakhtar: How are you? If I tried to pronounce your username I'd get my tongue all tied up, (lol). This is a great site to get have fun and make a few dollars at the same time. Yes, this site has many benefits and making full use of it can be of benefit not just to ourselves but to others. Lots of fun things to do and lots of interesting people to interact with as we learn from each other. Thanks for responding.

To "MoonGypsy" I appreciate your comments and I thank you for responding. Helping people and making a few extra bucks is a very good thing to do. By helping others we also help ourselves and it lifts our spirits. The bible says that "It is more blessed to give than to receive." Have a great day. :)

I totally agree with you! I love talking to people, helping people and voicing my opinion. I don;t know why this site isn't as popular as Facebook. In fact, I'd rather be on mylot then Facebook. Besides, if I can make money doing it as well, and helping people, why not? :)

To Matt69AC: Thank you very much for your response, yes the money is an added bonus for being social and even though money is important caring about others and giving a helping hand is very important. Learning by talking with others and making new friends is a lot of fun and it also improves our writing not mention our typing skills. It's a win, win situation all around for all of us. My mother always said that "Good friends are better than pocket money." To AndyTwin2: I like your response. When you enjoy talking to people it makes a difference and you can learn a lot about that person and also what they contribute can be of benefit because while they are learning from you, you are also learning from them and getting some extra cash at the same time. Having a place to voice your opinion, well I guess MyLot is the place to go, it's a winning combination for all of us.

To: vip25sc: Yes, I totally agree with you, MyLot is a fun place to be, interacting with others and keeping active on this site is wonderful and where else can you go helping others and getting a few dollars at the same time? I'm glad I found MyLot because you can really learn about people by reading their post and responding to them and also getting your questions answered and so much more that myLot has to offer. To Anji1985 thanks for your honesty. Isn't this a wonderful site to make new friends? Even though I've only been on myLot for a few days I find there is warmth and good people here and the interaction is good and helping others is a great feeling especially when they have questions and are seeking answers or they are giving advise. Hi maximax8: It's nice to meet you. God is a very good God and being on My Lot is a great benefit and I'm glad that My Lot family was here for you and is still is here for you and so many of us who just need someone to interact with and to join in interesting discussions. Yes, I'm beginning to find out that My Lot friends are very good people who really care about each other and will bend over backwards to help in anyway they can as we join together as one big happy family. May God continue to bless you and your son each day. I'm sure that your son even though disabled has been a blessing to you and your family, because children a wonderful. It's nice to know that you had a wonderful time visiting with other members of the online My Lot family and interacting with them. Yes, the money is an added bonus but friends are important because they can be there to comfort us and speak kind words of encouragement and give us advise when we need it. :)

To creationsbysusie everyone who have responded thank you for your responses. Yes I agree that making a few dollars and getting insight from people all over the world is great. Everyone is looking for answers in various aspect of their lives and we are a family who are trying our best to help each other and at the same time we are trying to make a few dollars to help out with some bills we may have, or to buy a present for a loved one, what ever the reason is but as we listen by reading and giving good responses we are not only helping others, but we are also helping ourselves. Money is good but helping others is very good and as we continue to interact with each other we find ourselves growing in a positive direction helping and being helped. Have a wonderful day !!

After being on mylot we'll find our goals shifting as we share our ideas and we do have a lot to offer and this is a place where we find out a lot about ourselves, sharing ideas and just having fun interacting with others about different topics and learning from them.

Hi Joizee: How are you? I'm new to this site so I don't know how long it will take to make a few bucks but I believe that in time you will see a few more dollars coming in. Try to get as many referrals as you possible can and that will help to increase your cash flow while you're still having fun while helping others. Don't worry because everything will fall into place, just keep trying. Helping others is never a waste of time and don't allow yourself to get pressured or become anxious. The bible said that we should "careful (anxious, never worry about anything) for nothing but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be known unto God." Philippians 4:6 King James Version. :)

Yes each one of us have our own stories and different experiences and over the years we've learned a lot and can actually use our experiences to help others who may be going through the same things we went through.
