Whether you can stand this kind of boss?

I quitted my job several weeks ago as the boss scolded the whole company for no reason or some strange reason. I have finished my work on time and done all my jobs well, but the boss said I totally wasted their money because I don't do well in the meeting. I came here for a year and there is no comments or feedbacks from anybody before the meeting. I can't accept this because I get paid for what I do, if my jobs are totally useless, so I won't work for you. Although I am not a very good person, I would like to work with my abilities. If you were me, would you like to stand the boss' bad mood and dirty words, or you would like to find a new place can show your ability?

Yes u are absolutely right, who would like to work with a boss who does not know how to respect his employees, that would obviously hamper the morale of everyone in that company as every one is working hard to earn money for their family. i am glad that u left that company where there was no place to respect the work done by u.

I can't stand that kind of person, but the employees in that company said that it is OK because scolding is not hurting their body or mind, just make it as a habbit. So terrible. I'm new there and can't stand the unrepected person.
