I have read an article of improving menus to encourage a healthy lifestyle or to do exercise. It said, instead of stating the amount of calories the food has why not state how much calories can be burn with exercising after eating this food. They had three kinds of experiments for 300 participants: (a) menu without calorie information, (b) menu with calorie information, and (c) menu with a guide to how many minutes of brisk walking would burn off the calories in the food. Result? The menu with exercise guide ordered food the fewest calories. Perhaps that food is easiest to burn and wouldn't take them years to see results in their bodies. Proven effective that menus with exercise guide can have an effect to food choices. So which appeal to you more? Seeing a menu with caloric content or a menu with how much exercise you'll do to burn the calorie on this food? Thanks for responding! :)
