They cheat us in all possible ways

, i remember when i was a little boy, i was so fascinated with the different color of birds they sell outside the Catholic church when my aunts brought me there on Sundays, my aunts told me that they were only "maya", our most commen bird that were dyed and that they won't live very long since they do not thrive in captivity. Catching and selling birds might in a way destroy the balance of nature since they eat insects and scatter seeds the natural way. Poor birds

Respected Sir, You are so right in pointing this out, this happens a lot actually.The bird selling is illegal but still people buy the birds at high costs and gets easily fooled.Since its illegal ,when they go to Police ,they ask them why you were buying the birds at all when its not allowed, then people don't have answers.As far as i know there is no method to find out that birds are colored like this, one should have good observation to find that out.About why someone wants to earn money like this, well its same thinking which a thief has.Its hard to stop these frauds ,people should be lot more cautious.

Bird selling is illegal in Kerala and only some birds are allowed to sell. Also some type of birds are not allowed to keep in cages. I think it is not good to do such things. I wonder why people do such things to get rich and think that they can make lots of money by doing such things.

Hi prof ! Some people are selling birds in our place but not the endangered one , it is the common or the ordinary one which can usually be found in rice field. If one is selling endangered bird then he will be brought to the police . It didn't happen also here that birds are being dyed so it will have a beautiful color and would look an expensive bird , but what i have seen was a flower being dyed , like that flower Anthurium . Some wise flower businessman can afford to cheat their fellowman in lieu of some money , i don't if they are characterless or it is just because of poverty but poverty could never be a reason to cheat people and be sinned.

I am glad to hear that these irresponsible bird sellers have been arrested so that they will not have the further opportunity to cheat people . They are very selfish to care for their own pocket at the expense of others. I did notice some shops selling birds here. Those are licence operator. However, I do not keep any birds in my house. I do not feel comfortable seeing them in the cage as this is not their home . However, I am glad to hear birds chirpping every morning near my house. There was once the little bird built a wonderful nest on my plant which I placed on my car porch. They layed five eggs and eventually hatched them. I get to witness the mother bird feed these five baby birds many times in a day until the baby birds could fly. One fine day, it was all quiet and I had a look on the nest but sad to notice they had flew off. Anyway, I am happy they are all healthy and strong and able to fly...

It is not right for those birds sellers to dye or color those little birds for selling at a better price. Cheating is considered to be evil and unacceptable to us. I am wondering what they would feel if they, I mean, those cheaters, were cheated. If they could view this as we do, they would probably not do the cheating.

It really so bad to know about it, they don't even think that those birds have also life. They can get killed by those paint colors. People are really gone mad how can they do that!
