What is refund transaction?

What is refund transaction.Really i don't know the answer.
First i want to tell you that they refund my amount.But yesterday i got paid from one site and the money went to my payza account.Thereafter i clicked on refund transaction,but the amount should reach in the site where it came from.Isn't it?Or,where the amount gone?

Dear,
you must explain the problem more elaborately to get proper solution.
At first impression it seems like a problem with payza.
you must contact immediately with both payza & website owner to get the matter resolved.
