Are you envy someone's prosperity or trying to reach him?

Imagine someone around you is trying to do something with his life. A business or something. Step by step, week after week and one day he reach his goal. He is getting everything he ever wanted and fight for it. Are you going to envy him or you'll try to do it better than him? My observation is people are mostly lazy and want everything without any effort. But that is not how it happens. So, which one are you?

yes u are right, most of the people these days die for short cut methods so that they can end up things quickly. But when it comes to our destination or achieving our goals, we should compete with ourselves and not with others as we ourselves are the real competitors. so if we overtake someone that means we have worked hard and have done something better in our life.
