It's been a week and still no response

Last week (April 24) I hitted the redeem button on Bubblews. I redeemed the amount of $26.31, it is supposed to be my 16th payment. Sad to say, one week is already over yet I still didn't received my payment.
Today I hitted the redeem button again and I hope this time I won't encounter trouble regarding my payment again.

Did you used any copyrighted materials in your writings without the permission of the author.
I mean, if you just doing some copy, paste from internet and publishing them in Bubblews, than they will hold your payment.
If that's not the case, Ask them why they haven't sent you the payment yet

this is so risky,now people are transferring to that site. I hope you got paid, that is my only factor to stay there for good after the changes mylot is getting recently.
