I am worried some friends will leave My Lot

Since My Lot is going to stop the earnings program I feel very sad since many people rely on the My Lot earnings. I am concerned that some of my friends might leave My Lot. I have many friends on My Lot and if they leave I will miss them.
One of my friends relies on her on-line earning to help pay for her trips to different countries. I went to visit her in 2012 and I had a very happy time there with her. It is a shock to me that My Lot alert. It seems to be coming in so very quickly.
Luckily I do currently have $7.78 of earnings so hopefully I will get them plus a bit more on or just before 15th May.
Are you worried My Lot friends will leave?

I'm not going anywhere.
I probably won't be as motivated to post so frequently nor will my responses be as higher quality as they once were. I hope everyone can find good ways to earn enough money in these difficult times, so if they must leave, then so be it. I'm not in this for the money. The experience has been worthwhile in itself.
Don't be sad that your friends are leaving; be happy for the opportunity you have had to interact with them.

I'm glad you're staying. We don't want this site full of Brits and Yanks lol.

Oh, MyLot just came back up again after being down for awhile. Doesn't it look nice? I reckon, one day, MyLot will return to being a paid social utility site, maybe once their economy picks up, owners change or something. I guess it's seldom that loyalty will be rewarded these days, but let's just hang in there, live in the hope & see what happens, eh?

So much so my friend, that I've had to resign up to a Facebook account, I don't like Facebook, and I deleted my account about 6 weeks ago with absolutely NO regrets, however today with this upsetting decision from Mylot, I feel that I have had to get myself a Facebook account, I hope my friends will still stick around here, and that it won't turn into a Ghost Town. Besides I want to hear about your wonderful trip you have around the corner x

Honestly, yes. I mean..facebook is ocean. You just add new friends out there, and dont interact with them. Out here, we know what our friends like, and what they think. This is a completely different set up, and I LIKE IT VERY MUCH. On Bubblews, I can get to voice my opinion, but I wouldnt know what my friend thinks of it, nor can I get any new suggestions that I did not think of. I will miss some of my friends, but I think most of my friends will still be around. I am hoping you will be. :)

I have found that many people do voice their responses in Bubblews, but as at Gather, they don't get paid for comments -- just views, likes, dislikes, and comments. I guess that's why discussions aren't as long. There's no reason, though, why a myLotters group could not be started on Facebook where we could still carry on these kinds of discussions with our myLot friends.

I love being able to discuss here, but I must admit that I was also here for the bit of earnings that I could make. I'm a stay at home mom, and the only way I could earn is through these online earnings for now . . . to time (what little I have) is money. The little bit here and elsewhere have added up to quite a sum - allowing me to have pride in being able to get some things for our home/family that I can say "yah, I got it for us". So really, I do need to concentrate on some other online ventures to continue my earning efforts. Every bit helps - so I must make use of my time. But I will miss everyone here . . . though I'll try to come back every now and then to see what's up. I suspect a lot of people will migrate as well.

It is 2013 the unlucky year it seems to me. I see that you are a stay at home mom so the earnings have added up a lot for you. It has helped your family and you have been able to make many friends on here. Good luck finding on-line earning that is as enjoyable. Thanks for your excellent response to my discussion.

Oh gosh - I didn't even make that connection - that unlucky 20-13 - yikes!!! In another discussion, now I have gears running in my head about using myLot as a marketing tool - so, it's possible I may come back some time down the line!! Thank you for your understanding, maximax . . . I have enjoyed the discussions about all your travels and adventures. Take care!!

Yes I'm worried but I'll stay and talk to people just not as often since I was making a bunch on here. Now it's time to find another site to add to my earrings to help with this lose. But I like getting my feels out on here and that I will still do for sure.

I earn much more in other sites, but this has been the only one where I also have fun. The questions is: will I have fun if most of my friends leave? I am exchanging email addresses with my closest friends.

This is what I call a mayor earthquake, friends. Worse than the ones you experienced when you were visiting at my house, Maxine. I agree with Maria that it is not fair.

Though I haven't been too active lately, I guess I'll still come back & check in once in a while... I haven't really made "close personal relationship" in mylot, I came to recognize few regulars here... I do have to admit, though I didn't sign up for earnings but it was a nice bonus... I'm sure a lot of people will leave & I'll miss some of the discussions here... We'll see how many people will stick around after the cut off date...

Even if people don't officially close their accounts, most of us will pretty much fall inactive on here. There are a lot of other sites out there, and we are already connected or are connecting on those sites with many of the people we have known here.
The conversations shall continue. However, most of the conversations will no longer take place on this site.

So true. I just don't recognize people on the other sites if their names are different, and they don't recognize me unless it's by my picture.

I am sure that many of us will leave, Maxine. But I am exchanging email addresses with my best friends here. There are many people here who need the money they earn here more than I do. I use it for luxuries but some friends rely on it for living expenses. I will come back every now and then to see my friends, but I will have to concentrate on other paying sites. A big

I am glad I have your email address. Many friends from India and the Philippines need the money for their living expenses. Yes, you and I use it for luxuries like traveling. If you see two other discussions of mine you will see what I have earned on My Lot.
Earlier you mentioned it is like an earthquake and the ground for me is still shaking.

There won't be any incentive for people to hang out for hours on end answering discussions. The best thing to do is get email addresses of anyone you are really friendly with and build a real friendship. I have several email friends who started out as mylot friends.

A lot of people will leave. I will check in and see what, if anything, is going on. I plan to promote my work, since that will be allowed.

Well if all of my mylot friend leave mylot I think I don't have any choice I also will leave mylot. I don't want to become crazy people at here talking alone without anyone respond in my discussion.

I wish we could all have a My Lot party and exchange contact details. I hope to make some Face Book friends so we can all stay in with each other. It would be awful to start a discussion and not get any replies. The My Lot population will slowly migrate I imagine. Good luck my friend.

I think some people start leave mylot from today. If some people still want to contact or chat with me they can add me as friend in facebook.
