Is that it for myLot? Are they going to fade way now?

I just been reading that mylot will no longer pay its members any longer. I felt a bit sad to read that after so many years online with this great concept that they actually do pay their member for been active. I feel like it the end of the line for myLot. They can't challenge and other social media's that are way much bigger then myLot. What can myLot offer better than other bigger social media's? I think that myLot have just shot themselves in the food with this act. I hope they think about it again and then really see that paying us members is the best way to keep people been members and active. What do you guys think about this?

I didn't earn much here, and actually enjoyed the political and other discussions here. But lately I haven't been too active, and I guess there will be even less incentive once the payments stop. I do think it is nice of them to pay everyone over $5.00, so at least most people hopefully own't lose their money that they've accumulated. But I jsut think a lot of people probably won't be active here any more, and once the spammers start invading, that'll be the end for MyLot.

My lot will no longer become a unique site, if this happens mylot will be compared to facebook and other social network and nothing special on it.

I'm afraid it will become like any other place now. With people out to make money, and not being paid for the site I think it might become spammer central here. Maybe not, maybe it will be what they say and be a good place for people to keep sharing ideas. But I dont' think so.

You might be right about this. I hope they will pay us for the last time before the make the changes. There is a big chance it will be as you say, that this will then be a spammer site with many adds and no real new things to offer its members. I think they will lose a lot of their members after this. I don't know if they can survive this. We will see, but I will not write here anymore. To bad it had to end like this,,,

oh it is really shocking me most, I have just earned $5.57,and not having reached to the min. level, so I hope it is not real . without any pay , the site will lost a great lot of lotters here, and it can never go far or even break out

I will leave when they stop paying us. What is it they can give us that other bigger and more advanced sites can't? It is really to bad they are doing this and yes many will not return to them after the last pay. I don't know if they will be able to make it after this move of theirs. I will like to see the new different things they are talking about, but I will not really use myLot anymore....

I wish that I could spend more time in myLot and earn from myLot and they continue the earning program. I have to look for alternative earning, which I was not able to find. I think most probably they should try to continue the earning program.

No, that's not it for mylot. Their just making changes and one of them is not to pay members any more. I'm really curious how many will leave and how many will stay. Something must be going on with them financially and they can't afford to pay any more. It's too bad!

Yes I know. That is the point with the changes might actually make them fade away because members will turn to facebook and other social media, which to be honest they are much more advanced and better than myLot. The unique difference was that myLot did actually pay us to use their site. What else can they offer us that other bigger social website cant? They don't even have a chat box like the others. Maybe they will do that in the newer version, but I doubt that. I think it is all over for myLot. I will not be here to just write things that I could do other places. I is really to bad they made this change,,,,

it's just that bad for new comers. they were expecting. for us old members, we benefited a lot already and those were for years. goodluck to all of us and to mylot too. they've been going through financial constraints, for sure.

I think with the new MyLot, it will no longer be a UNIQUE site anymore. Many mylotters will also seek earnings else where. In no time, my friends will be gone one by one

I'm sad that mylot won't pay its memebers anymore. I just find this wonderful site two days. I'm so unhappy that they will change this.

Im afraid if that would happen. I have not yet paid for the first time since i joined this site. I hope such problem that myllot is facing now will be resolve and still active members can be paid out . Myllot really is a window for everyone who wishes to gain extra income. And writing for fun means a lot in here. oh hope this will not to be the end of myllot. Im also wishing for the success of this site .
