what is this getjs.js of tag.contextweb.com that keeps popping on mylot? / myLot

i am pi$$ed. i'm feeling this way not only because of the new mylot policy but also because of this getjs.js of tag.contextweb,com that keeps popping up in every page here on mylot. i am not a computer expert and i don't have any idea what this is. anyone here knows this?
