strike during labour day

last year I see in the news there have lot of strike during labour day demanding for better pay, less working hour, improvement in the workplace, and more.that is last year but how about this year? economic is still stubborn, inflation is hit high, emploment is still high, goverment spending still issue in the European. People are the one going to the hard time but the rich is not been affected at all.
strike is taking on the street and now is labour day May 1 2013

There doesn't seem to be many changes made, and I fear situations are getting far worse, our country has only just missed hitting a triple dip recession by the small .3 increase, it's very slow and conditions in most countries are still pretty dire. The governments need to do so much more to get us back to where we were.

yeah recession is bad now as out of 10 people 9 is not money or job at all
