Do you save Emails?

I usually keep my Email clean. Meaning i delete all spam and useles emails. And any saved emails i keep until i can get around to copying the content or bookmarking the URL they are taking me to. And then i delete them. So basicaly my email accounts are always cleared out to the point of No Email Left. But i have a couple of emails, that i don't know if i should delete or copy paste on my computer... Do you ever keep any emails or do you delete everything?
