Another Jelly Bean

As far as I have heard Google was about to launch whole new android version 5.0 Key lime pie. But I have heard another rumor that they are thinking about to launch another jelly bean version android 4.3. That's weird. What do you think about it? As per me they already have given all the things related to jelly beans, i wonder what they still got to give in new version of jelly bean. They should have go for totally new version.
