I have been having issues with my apartment staff and I'm at the point of trying to sue them for discriminating us and treating us unfairly. Yesterday, I've asked them to refund my money since I've been overpaying them since i've moved in and the office manager said no, we can't write check. Return this check and write another check with the remainder amount of this month's rent. I'm like what the f**** hell no. Then I asked a copy of my lease and she said sorry we don't have it we pass it to our corporate office because of what you did (liers). What can I do? Do I have a case to argue with them? Please tell me.
