Will the new MyLot have the same rules?

Now that myLot has changed and we can no longer earn I was just wondering what else was changing, rule wise. I know in the old one we were not allow to post any referral links but with the change will this one change or not? I have already seen a lot posting links but of course that doesn't mean we can. In a way I know it's good we can't because they don't want people spamming mylot with links but then again some people will ask for links and the only way to do is through messages.
