Do they allow international members? Also do the earnings reduce or disappear if you don't login for so long? (College is going to start again so I might be busy)

They do allow international members. I know for a fact that another myLot user from Malaysia is also a member of Bubblews.
I believe the only way that Bubblews earnings would be reduced is if they determine that earnings were gained dishonestly. You'll want to check the terms and conditions to verify that, though. They should outline any activity requirements the site has.

Do you know how many Bubblews accounts there can be per household? My brother wants to join, but we share the same IP address..

Ahmm I have read somewhere that it is okay that you share the same IP in bubblews
