How losing weight can change your life

Well speaking from my personal experience losing weight can change your whole personality and the way you have looked at everything. I had always been a fat kid with a very low self-esteem. One day I just thought to myself that enough is enough. I cannot live like this anymore. Things have to be changed. I still remember my first day at the gym I was scared and was feeling very uncomfortable as I always thought that gym is for muscular dudes.But slowly after a few weeks of training I felt a small change in my body and I got really excited and started training harder. Now I felt more confident in the gym. Slowly but steadily I was making progress and as the fat melted away from my body I realized that its not just my body that was changing. As my fat was melting away so was my low self esteem, shyness and laziness. A new surge of energy was flowing through my body and the changes were more profound than just my physical appearance. I was feeling more energetic, more confident, more disciplined and a new attitude towards life. Now the gym became my home and dumbbells and barbells became my best friend. All the people who says they are fine with being overweight are just simply lying to them self and to others. Today I am a personal trainer and I think its the best job in the world. There is a really fit and confident man traped inside of your overweight body let him come out and show you how you can really enjoy your life. I would really like to hear from someone who had this kind of experience or who is trying to change himself for good.

yes, i also had a great experience on loosing weight...for weight loss i join a gym by as m feeling lazy sometimes i don't go to gym and not able to do proper exercise and yoga...and when i left gym my weight are increase more than before...i really loss my hope...but after some time i again tried some routine diet plan and yoga....n make it habit on my routine basis....n after some days i can see and feel the changes in my body, my fat is reduced and i feel so energized, now i become more active and happy.... now i am taking proper care for my body and still continuing my yoga....now i can wear my old cloths and move around....feeling so much happy happy :)
