In Bubblews which I joined recently, you can't ask for likes, ask someone to read your article or ask someone to comment on your article. But..... Of course there are people who ask me to like/read/comment on their article. But it's usually after they like/comment on my article then they request that I do the same. (This shows that they do not care what is the content of your article but rather wanting to make more money) What do?

I am unable to join this "wonderful" site because I think they restrict membership on my country. From what you described, I think you will need to imagine yourself to be working like a radio DJ alone in a recording studio where you have no sight and idea who your audience might be and what's on their minds with what you are spinning. Unlike phone in shows or live interviews or co hosting ones, where you have your support. I heard this once being said on a television series and I quote: "Throw a stick of dynamite into the river and see what floats up" and I think it sums up somewhat and almost what it is like.

@hereandthere Till that day arrives where I can visit and sign up in Bubblews, I am at RedGage and if you are interested, do drop in to check it out for yourself. Thank you for your kind admiration. It's been nice here.
RedGage is a website that pays you for your content and monetizes your social activity.

I ignore them. There are bad apples in every basket. It appears from what I read that before payments are made, the admins check activity. You will see some complaining that they did not receive payment and if you check their activity you will see the reason. Others are being paid within 48 hours time and time again and are rewarded for their best efforts while using the site. That seems fair enough to me (on any site).

great idea
Bad apples are prevalent and thankfully not rotten. Great advice!

Exactly! I hold the same views. Sites like bubblews can not be stated to be equivalent to mylot. When you ask someone to forcefully like your article because you did the same for him/her, it appears preposterous to me.

I have thrown out all those writing sites that rate my work depending on the number of visitors - not necessarily those who have valued my article. That is down right vulgar! Writing per se needs to be put on a pedestal and given that respect. Then there is another site where I used to enjoy contributing. There members are using software to create ready made articles. What is the writing world coming to?.
