saturday night husband calls asking for help

as everyone know my husband was caught cheating. i kickesd him out. last saturday night night he calls me saying he needs my help so stupid me gets his sister and runs to him just because i cared. when i got to him he points a gun at me. I grabbed the gun out of his hand and put him in his car because he was drunk and sitting in middle of bad curve in road. all he can do is spit on me and tell me hes going to kill me. i take him to his grandmothers house he jumps out of the moving car and tries to get the gun back out of his sisters car where i put it after taking it from him. his sister and i hold him down so he dont get it to shoot me. his grandma calls her friend on sherrif dept. he comes aftera hour on ground with him and takes him to jail. because he has mental issues they dont press charges but have him sent to the state mental hospital. now judge says i cant devorce him for 2 yrs. im responsible for him for next 2 yrs.
