where are these people?

Although Axl Rose had disappeared for the longest time, he has been very public recently, touring with his new incarnation of Guns N' Roses. I've seen this new act, and they are outstanding! Are there any other singers you can thing of that have disappeared, and that we need to hear from again? Here's a few from from tv singing competitions that have been absent that I'd like to see reappear... Bo Bice and Taylor Hicks from American Idol Lukas Rossi from Rock Star Supernova Marty Casey and Jordis Unga from Rock Star INXS

I'd like to know what happened to Marty Casey! We thought he was awesome, and even saw him in concert with the Lovehammers when they toured with Rock Star INXS. How about Garth Brooks? He seems to have disappeared again... It's about time he started recording!

Oh yeah, I forgot about Garth. Good one! I saw him perform on a TV award show recently, but that's about it. For awhile there, he was cranking out hit records left and right, one right after another.

Speaking of American Idol, what ever happened to Ruben Studdard? That guy could sing! I'd personally like to see Michael Stipe from REM return to the scene. We haven't heard much from him since REM broke up a couple years ago. REM was one of my all-time favorites.
