Read a lot! This is how I improved my English and another foreign language that I've learned. Next is to use the language as often as you can, whether in writing or speaking. An acquired language will die if there is no practice at all.

I think I can give you some advice.You can add the active person in your following list as many as possible,then you can notice their discussions and through reading and replying the discussions to improve your english,I think the most important to master english is to read and use as often as possible.I hope my advice is useful for you.

You should read books written in English and watch English movies. You could also watch Chinese movies with dialogues in your dialect that have English subtitles. That way you can see how sentences in Chinese are transformed into English
