what good deed have you done lately?

in this post, i am after boasts of good deeds. but let us just try to remember and reflect, have we done something good lately?.. maybe help an old woman cross the road?.. give food to a beggar?.. give our seat to an old lady on the bus..or simply pray for someone?..not just ourselves.. you know, let's try to look back.. you can tell a good deed here, or maybe you can't... you don't have to boast about it..right?..
