As a bussniesswomans' feeling

I am a foreign trade sale now in Guangdong City. I have on this position about half a year. This is my first work when I was graduate. And I always communicate with foreigner. But I have not learned how to talk with them. Do not understand why.
Maybe there are reasons as below:
1. Different Culture;
2.Language:
3.Hobbit.
Am I right? Thinking

me too .i'm a senior high school student,we cannot learn real English,sometimes we learn it just for exam ,bad thing,i want to improve my spoken English and the ability to communicate in English.

I am an English teacher teaching foreigners online. I speak neutral English. Sometimes when I talk to my students, there are times we can't jive. My joke is not funny for them and vice versa. So we end up talking seriously as much as I want to make the class as cool as possible.
