Should our nations capitol move to another city like Los Angelas or La? DC is not a state and as such is in some ways not a legit capitol of the United states / I recently visited the nations capitol I believe it is the perfect representative of our nation but it should be made a state.. Along with territories American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam . Each could pay 5 billion dollars to join except DC. This could help our deficet and and new people to the United states and be a continued growth of our country.

I am not sure why you think that Washington D.C. is not a legit capital. Is it because it is not a state? I do think that district residents should have voting representation in Congress like all state residents.
I disagree with relocating the capital to the west coast. Our federal government sits where it was born. Well... maybe not exactly... the original capital 'moved' from Philadelphia PA, New York City NY and even Baltimore MD -- but it is still among the original 13 colonies, the birth of a nation.
Wait, maybe on second thought, the capital should move to the west coast, if it will take some of the damn traffic around here with it.
I am not sure if 20 billion dollars would make much of a dent in the deficit when the nation is in debt to the tune of trillions of dollars.

I believe DC is the perfect Nations capitol. But I believe it should be made a small state. The tour industry can support the economy of the new state. Dc supplies a lots of jobs, through security , tourism, parks and recreation, lobbying and it can be improved. I saw alots of lapses when I was there. But the money made in DC only goes to Congress discretion while the people there do not receive representation this is wrong. Dc and four other territories should receive representation.
