Fiber helps to prevent constipation and gives you the best chance of having a regular, comfortable bowel habit. Fiber comes from plant food such as fruit, vegetables, breads, cereals, nuts and seeds.
Here are some of the ways to add fiber to your diet.
1. Start the day with a high fiber breakfast cereal.
2. Choose wholemeal, wholegrain or high fiber white breads.
3. Have wholegrain crackers or wholemeal bread instead of biscuits.
4. Add extra vegetables to soups and casserole
5. Add fruits to biscuits, scones, cakes and muffins.
hope this post will help us who have bowel problems.
